  Song of the day;; → Sarah Davachi - Ghosts And All -- Tänään ja eilen oli tosi ihana sää, lämmin ja aurinkoinen, joten oli tosi kiva käydä lenkillä (vaikka eilen tulikin kuuma ja Spotifykin kaatu). Tänään oli psykoterapia. Terapeutti sanoi olevansa musta ylpeä, kun oon uskaltanut ja pystynyt puhumaan asioista ääneen niin hyvin. En oikein tiedä, miten tuohon pitäis reagoida. En muista, että mulle ois nuoruudessa juurikaan noin koskaan sanottu. Nyt meillä on sitten parin viikon tauko tässä pääsiäisen aikaan. Onneksi mulla on kuitenkin fysioterapia ens viikolla. Sanoin muuten tänään ensimmäistä kertaa ääneen mun syömishäiriötä anoreksiaksi. Toki mun virallinen diagnoosi on 'epätyypillinen laihuushäiriö', mutta... Niin. Sama paska hieman eri paketissa. Oon kai yrittänyt pitää sitä käsivarren mitan etäisyydellä kutsumalla sitä vaan syömishäiriöksi. Tuntuu kylläkin siltä, että se tulee koko ajan lähemmäs. En tiedä auttaisko sen nimeäminen asiaa vai pahentaisko.

  Song of the day;; → Abel Korzeniowski - Revenge -- Jostain syystä oon viime aikoina nähnyt tosi monta ahistavaa unta syömishäiriöstä. Ihan niin kuin mun mieli ois jotenkin nyt pakkomielteinen mun omasta sairaudesta. Käytiin viimeksi psykoterapiassa läpi mun B-lausuntoa ja lääkäri oli kirjottanu sinne mun olevan 'huomattavan alipainoinen'. En oo voinut olla ajattelematta tätä sen jälkeen. Siitä tuli hyvä olo. Niin kuin olis saavuttanut jotain.

Illalla juttelin porukoitten kanssa, Runtti oli söpönä (niin kuin aina). Sillä on muuten tasan kahden kuukauden päästä synttärit. Se täyttää jo 13, minun ihana vanha mummeli.

Oli kiva nähä pitkästä aikaa. Huomenna on fysioterapia ja sen jälkeen aattelin piipahtaa Lidlissä, pitää ostaa lasinpuhistusliinoja.
