Tänään mulla oli eka kunnollinen fysioterapiakäynti ja vaikka se aluks ahisti ja tuntu vähän hassulta, aloin saamaan hommasta kiinni loppua kohti ja sain terapeutilta aika hyviä vinkkejä siihen, miten tuoda mieli takas nykyhetkeen kun alkaa ahistaa. Oon nyt hoitanut kaikki kauppa- ja siivoushommelit ja huomenna käyn hakemassa rokotuksen. Voi olla, että joudun maanantaina raahautumaan tuonne terapiaan särkylääkkeiden voimalla, mut ei voi mitään. Toki jos oon ihan paskana niin sit joudun perumaan mut jospa sunnuntaina ois pahimmat olot ja maanantaina jo parempi.

  Song of the day;; → Sigríður - Interconnectivity -- En kamalasti jaksanu mitään tänään järjestellä koska kädet ja jalat on aivan vitun liian poikki eilisestä, mut laittelin vähän kenkiä vaatehuoneeseen sekä kirjoja, mangaa ja levyjä kirjahyllyyn. Laittelin myös vähän ledvaloja, kun tykkään iltaisin olla muuten pimiässä mut sillein että on muutama tommonen valoketju päällä. Eihän mulla mikään kiire ole, että pitäis kaiken olla heti tiptop-kunnossa. Huomenna fysioterapia heti aamusta ja sen jälkeen käyn kaupassa.
