Kyseessä on ainakin nimen perusteella sama insuliini, joka oli mulla aikoinaan eka pitkävaikutteinen, mikä on sinänsä kyllä vähän hassua. Hyvä homma on se, että Runtti syö muutenkin aina aika säännöllisesti ja samaa ruokaa eikä se oo ylipainoinen, joten pitää vaan huolehtia, että sen ruokavalio ja paino pysyy samassa (ja tarvittaessa sitten jossain vaiheessa hommata vaikka jotain diabeetikkokoirille tarkotettua muonaa).
