Tänään oli terapia. Juteltiin ensin siitä viime viikon lääkäriajasta ja terapeutti ehotti mulle semmosta kuukauden kestävää luontoliikunta-ryhmää, mikä kyllä kuulostaa mielenkiintoselta. Siinä yhdellä kerralla ollaan ponien kanssa! Sitten hän myös ehdotti, että voisi tulla mun mukaan diabeteslääkärikäynnille, jos se helpottaisi siellä käymistä. Olin ite jo sitä mahollisuutta miettiny aiemmin, mutta en vaan ollu kehannu sanoa mitään. Se kyllä ihan oikeasti auttaisi tosi paljon, kun olisi joku luotettava henkilö siinä tukena. Käytiin myös ulkona käppäilemässä, kun oli hyvä keli. Ensi viikolle sovittiin aika, jolloin terapeutti tulee käymään mun luona.
