Sainkin yllättäen ajan mielenterveyspalveluihin jo ens viikon keskiviikolle. Luonnollisesti olen aivan paskajäykkänä tästä asiasta, mutta en voi muuta kun toivoa, että pystyn nyt kunnolla sitten niin sanotusti avautumaan kaikesta, mikä mun mieltä painaa ja vaivaa. Katotaan mitä tulee. Mulla näyttäis nyt syksyllä olevan aika iisiä, sillä ei ole kuin yksi kurssi (pitää kyllä varmaan jutskailla vähän omaopettajan kanssa vielä näistä jutuista) ja koska siinä on ekana luento-osio eikä läsnäolopakkoa, niin mun ei nyt tarvitsekaan sitten ahdistua lisää siitä, että pitäis poistua ihmisten sekaan kampukselle. Tässä onkin varmaan yks juttu mistä ois ihan hyvä sitten terapiassa tai missälie keskustella. En tiiä pitäiskö itkiä vai nauraa, kun sillon joskus aikoinaan ko aloin ensimmäisen kerran tuntemaan ahdistusta, kuvittelin että joo, kyllä se varmaan helpottaa sitten kun tulen vanhemmaksi. Ja paskan vitut, mä en ole siitä lähten kun vaan ahdistunut enemmän ja enemmän.

  Song of the day;; → Sigríður - Interconnectivity -- En kamalasti jaksanu mitään tänään järjestellä koska kädet ja jalat on aivan vitun liian poikki eilisestä, mut laittelin vähän kenkiä vaatehuoneeseen sekä kirjoja, mangaa ja levyjä kirjahyllyyn. Laittelin myös vähän ledvaloja, kun tykkään iltaisin olla muuten pimiässä mut sillein että on muutama tommonen valoketju päällä. Eihän mulla mikään kiire ole, että pitäis kaiken olla heti tiptop-kunnossa. Huomenna fysioterapia heti aamusta ja sen jälkeen käyn kaupassa.
